CSCM’s core strategy focuses primarily on stabilized, Class A real estate assets, including industrial, office, and medical
office/life sciences, located in primary markets across the country.
Build-to-Core
CSCM’s build-to-core strategy focuses on ground-up development of high-quality, Class-A real estate assets located in primary markets across the country.
This strategy typically involves the formation of a joint venture with a qualified developer with a proven expertise in the development of the property type under consideration, where CSCM’s client provides the majority of the equity capital required for construction with a clear path to ownership of the fully-completed and stabilized asset.
Value-Add
CSCM’s value-add strategy focuses on well-located, un-stabilized and/or underperforming assets with one or more components of value-add potential.
With over 100 years of combined real estate management experience amongst its senior team, CSCM utilizes its operating expertise to identify drivers of underperformance and develop strategic plans to maximize asset value.
Opportunistic
CSCM’s opportunistic strategy focuses on unique opportunities that require execution of complex business plans in order to achieve investment return objectives.

Separate account structures enable CSCM to meet the specialized needs of each individual client and provide maximum investor control over timing of the investment and composition of the portfolio.
Joint Ventures
CSCM originates and manages programmatic joint ventures with specialized real estate operators and/or developers.

Platform Investments
CSCM has facilitated entity-level “platform” investments into qualified real estate operating companies.
